SHIPPING POLICY & PRICING
Casa Bosques accepts all major credit cards.
(i.e: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and AMEX).
We’re open Monday-Friday, 10-6p EST.
We are closed on weekends and all major U.S. holidays. Orders are processed within 2-5 business days.
After a successful checkout, you will receive an email confirmation. Please check your SPAM folder if you do not receive. Casa Bosques does not ship orders with pricing information.
How much am I paying for shipping?
We charge standard rates via UPS for shipping and handling within the US based on the destination and weight of the order.
We offer both ground and air freight rates, you will be able to view the options during checkout.
We can ship to (mostly) anywhere in the USA, EU, and Australia.
International shipping charge is $35 - $50 for standard worldwide shipping.
Casa Bosques advises against chocolate deliveries to warm climates during summer months (generally April through mid-September), or to destinations with temperatures above 20 degrees centigrade/ 72 fahrenheit, as chocolate confections are subject to temper or alter from their original form under hot conditions.
We ship with frozen gel packs and insulation in the summer months.
RETURNS POLICY
We cannot accept returns for any purchases of chocolate, regardless of whether the package is unused or used.
If your chocolate order arrives damaged or unsatisfactory in any manner, please contact us immediately at hola@casabosques.co with details.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
The percentage is an indicator of the intensity or mildness of the chocolate, as well as amount of pure cacao vs sugar.
Our chocolate is made fresh, and can be shelf stable for up to 6 months or more depending on storage.
We recommend you store your bars in a cool, dry environment and avoid heat or moisture at all costs. Keep away from sunlight, or any other external heat source.
As a general rule, we do not recommend storing your Casa Bosques chocolates in the refrigerator, but in a cool, dark pantry.
We recommend storing at a temperature that does not exceed 65F (18C).
Allergen Warning:
Our chocolates are made in a facility that also processes tree nuts, dairy, and gluten.
While we avoid any cross contamination, please be sure to read full ingredient lists before purchasing, as some of our bars contain dairy, gluten, and nuts.
