These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to the purchase and sale of products through www.casabosques.co (referred to as the “Website”).  By placing an order for products, you agree to be bound by and accept these terms and conditions.  These terms and conditions are subject to change by C.BB. Chocolates, LLC. ("Casa Bosques") without prior written notice at any time, in our sole discretion. If at any time you do not agree to the terms and conditions, please do not use this Website and refrain from purchasing from us.

PAYMENT TERMS AND SALES TAXES


Terms of payment are within our sole discretion and, unless otherwise agreed by us in writing, payment must be received by us prior to our acceptance of an order.  We accept most major credit cards for purchases.  You represent and warrant that (i) the credit card information you supply to us is true, correct and complete, (ii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and (iii) you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including all applicable taxes, if any.  Purchase orders from businesses may be accepted upon credit approval of  and payable on terms set for your account or such other terms as we may approve or require.  All applicable sales taxes will be added in addition to the purchase price for any products purchased. Charges for shipping and handling will be made in accordance with our then-current shipping policies, as described below.

Casa Bosques takes the utmost care and concern for your privacy while you are shopping on our Website. Casa Bosques does not sell or share any personal information gathered from our Website. In order to process orders we need to obtain certain information such as your name, shipping and billing information, phone number, email and credit card information. Transactions on our Website are secured and our Website does not store your credit card information.

We use customer information in an effort to improve your shopping experience and to communicate with you about our products, services, promotions and contests. PRODUCTION

Our chocolates are made in a facility that also processes peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, and gluten. Ingredient suppliers may share equipment that could result in trace amounts of dairy protein.
